The 1999 Massey Lectures
As the 1999 Massey Lecturer, Robert Fulford delivered a series of five lectures on CBC Radio,
"The Triumph of Narrative: Storytelling in an Age of Mass Culture."

The radio lectures were published as a book by House of Anansi Press in 1999. A French edition, L'instinct du récit, translated by Albert Beaudry, was published by Bellarmin in 2001.
